Does anyone play the game Billy vs Snakeman? It is based off of Naruto, and also has things from Death Note, Bleach, and other anime/mangas. You join clans to fight in the ninja world war and can spar against other players, and you do missions for experience and ryo (money)

ok I don't remember his exact name, but... Tobi isn't who you think he is! I always thought it was Obito too because of their names until I read that chapter
